Say goodbye to phone queues and get the help you need quickly and easily through our new online request service, SystmConnect. We’re excited to offer an upgraded experience through our integration with SystmOnline. Here’s how it works:
Available Services
- New Medical Conditions: Send requests for new concerns, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18.30 (excluding bank holidays).
- Existing Medical Conditions: Request support for ongoing conditions, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18.30 (excluding bank holidays).
- Register as a New Patient: Join our practice with a simple online registration.
- Request a Fit Note: Submit your request between 08.00 to 18.30, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Request Test Results: Check on your test results by submitting your request between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
