Zero Tolerance

At North Thoresby Practice, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all our patients and staff. We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy towards any form of abuse, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour, including verbal or physical threats, discriminatory remarks, and intimidating conduct. Our staff are here to help and will always treat you with dignity and respect. We ask that you treat them in the same way. Any inappropriate behaviour will be recorded and may result in removal from our practice list or further action.

Gluten-Free Foods Prescribing

The prescribing of gluten-free foods in Lincolnshire has ending on 1st August 2025.

The Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), the organisation that plans local NHS services, took the decision at its meeting on 17th July 2025, following a lengthy consultation process including discussions with patient representative groups and clinicians including GPs, dietitians and pharmacists.

Existing Medical Conditions: Request support for ongoing conditions, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18.30 (excluding bank holidays).
Register as a New Patient: Join our practice with a simple online registration.
Request a Fit Note: Submit your request between 08.00 to 18.30, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Request Test Results: Check on your test results by submitting your request between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Enhanced Access

As part of the East Lindsey Primary Care Network, we will be providing enhanced access appointments Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. These appointments will be a mix of face to face and telephone and with a range of clinical staff.
