Please note that Louth Urgent Treatment Centre at County Hospital, Louth will be closed from 8pm to 8am on Wednesday 1 July and Thursday 2 July, for essential maintenance.

During these times anyone needing urgent treatment is asked to access alternative services nearby.

Please call NHS 111 or go online and visit NHS.111 for information and advice on accessing urgent care.

The closest UTC is Skegness UTC and the nearest accident and emergency department is at Lincoln County Hospital.

Urgent Dental Care

GPs do not treat dental problems (abscess, toothache, etc.).
If you have a dental emergency, contact your dentist or call NHS 111.
Do not contact your GP for dental treatment.
If you do not have a dentist, NHS 111 can connect you to an urgent dental service.

New Medical Conditions: Send requests for new concerns, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18.30 (excluding bank holidays).
Existing Medical Conditions: Request support for ongoing conditions, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18.30 (excluding bank holidays).
Register as a New Patient: Join our practice with a simple online registration.
Request a Fit Note: Submit your request between 08.00 to 18.30, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Request Test Results: Check on your test results by submitting your request between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Enhanced Access

As part of the East Lindsey Primary Care Network, we will be providing enhanced access appointments Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. These appointments will be a mix of face to face and telephone and with a range of clinical staff.
