The North Thoresby Practice continuously endeavours to provide the highest quality treatments and care to all its patients, ensuring we adhere to up to date clinical guidance and information as well as best practice guidelines.
Audits are regularly carried out by our clinicians throughout various aspects of clinical care to ensure we are continuously improving the quality of our services.
Our staff continuously have appropriate training to ensure that throughout all aspects of the practice best practice guidelines are adhered to, as well as ensuring all staff are safeguarding our high standards or care.
The National Institute or Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) is the independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance on the promotion of good health and the prevention and treatment of ill health. It produces guidance in three areas of public health:
- The promotion of good health and the prevention of ill health for those working in the NHS, local authorities and the wider public and voluntary sector and health technologies
- The use of new and existing medicines, treatments, and procedures within the NHS and clinical practice
- The appropriate treatment and care of people with specific diseases and conditions within the NHS.
We have staff certified in health and safety to ensure guidance and legislation is adhered to in a clinical environment to ensure the safety of both staff and the public whilst on the premises.
