Doorbell Assistance: For patients who may need assistance upon arrival, a doorbell is available at the entrance to alert our staff. We are happy to provide help with entry if needed.
- Accessible Parking: We provide designated parking spaces near the entrance for patients with disabilities.
- Accessible Toilets: Our practice includes accessible toilets for patients and visitors with mobility issues.
- Hearing Loops: A hearing loop system is available at our reception desk to assist patients with hearing impairments. This facility can also be used in clinical rooms upon request.
- Assistance with Communication: Our staff are trained to assist patients who may need help with communication, including arranging for interpreters or providing information in alternative formats where necessary.
